Cheryl Seymour, MS, is a certified life coach, biblical counselor, and licensed ordained pastor in Oklahoma. She received her Master’s degree in Psychology from Pittsburg State University and has been providing pastoral care for over 20 years. Cheryl has served as a chaplain at Norman Regional Hospital and OU Medical Center, providing debriefing to families, end-of-life compassionate care, and counseling for patients facing traumatic events and death — all of which she brings into her clinical practice. She is a trained Prepare/Enrich facilitator specializing in premarital and marriage counseling, and provides individual counseling for mood disorders such as anxiety and depression using ‘renewing our thoughts’ techniques rooted in Romans 12:2.
Cheryl is a Nationally Certified Life Coach through the American Association of Christian Counselors. Where traditional counseling addresses the pain of the past, life coaching works toward the future — doing things differently and achieving different results. She specializes in spiritual life coaching, pre-marriage and marriage coaching, relationship coaching, and life purpose coaching. Cheryl is also trained and certified in the Prepare/Enrich method of marital and premarital counseling.
