Donna Jolly is a Licensed Professional Counselor with nearly a decade of experience in the mental health field, fully licensed since 2020. She works with youth ages 10 and older, adults, couples, and families — helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, and other challenges that impact daily life.
Donna believes deeply in the resilience and potential of every person. Her approach blends compassion with accountability, creating a supportive, judgment-free environment where clients can openly explore their experiences, build insight, and develop practical tools for lasting change. She provides individual, couples, and family therapy, incorporating approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Strengthening Families to improve communication, strengthen relationships, and promote emotional wellness.
Recognizing that each client is unique, Donna draws from a variety of evidence-based modalities tailored to individual needs — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and the Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS).
Donna’s passion lies in helping clients identify unhealthy patterns, break destructive cycles, and create meaningful change. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or ready to take the next step toward growth, she believes therapy can provide the support and direction needed to move forward. Evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.
