Molly Ross Fuhrman, M.A., LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive experience in the Mind, Body and Spirit medicine field. Previously, she was the Executive Director for Integris’ James L. Hall Center for Mind, Body and Spirit. Molly believes in a holistic approach to healing and wellness and has a true passion for helping her clients overcome anxiety and providing tools to lead a calm and centered life. Her favorite motto is “Where the mind goes, the body will follow.”

Molly believes in a collaborative approach and works alongside people to uncover their intuitive knowledge for processing and managing challenging emotions and life transitions. One of the core principles of Molly’s practice is patient-centered care that is customized to meet each individual’s unique circumstances and needs. She also takes a whole-person approach that looks at all of the factors affecting health—not just the physical, but also social, emotional, mental and spiritual well-being.

Molly is involved in numerous civic, philanthropic, and fundraising organizations, such as Calm Waters Center for Children and Families, Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City, and Oklahoma Project Woman. She has been recognized for her contributions to the community and has received awards such as The E.C. Joullian Distinguished Citizen Award and Women in Communications Byliner award.

Molly also holds degrees from American University, Colorado College, and the University of Central Oklahoma. Her passions include mindful meditation, yoga, and tennis. Molly’s greatest joy is being married to Chris Fuhrman and being a bonus Mom to Charlie and Austin.
