Nick brings over a decade of experience working with children, teens, and young adults in education, sports, ministry, and counseling. He holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling and is passionate about offering a warm, welcoming space where people feel comfortable showing up as they are and talking honestly about what’s going on beneath the surface.
Nick is especially skilled at working with teens and young adults who feel alone or misunderstood, and who often struggle with confidence or feeling unsure of themselves.
Many of his clients feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, discouragement, or emotional overwhelm. Nick helps them slow down, make sense of their experiences, and begin building a steadier, more confident way of moving through life.
Nick’s approach is relational and practical, helping clients better understand their emotions, learn how to regulate stress, set healthier boundaries, and strengthen their relationships. He often focuses on core human needs like being safe, secure, soothed, and seen, helping clients explore moments in their story when those needs were missed, and offering support as they learn healthier ways to meet those needs now.
Nick uses an evidence-based and trauma-informed approach approach grounded in understanding how past experiences influence present struggles. He is also mindful that some individuals have experienced hurt in religious settings and is committed to providing a respectful, non‑judgmental space for healing.
Above all, Nick’s greatest strength is helping clients feel deeply seen, known, and understood. From that place of acceptance and trust, clients are often able to find the courage and clarity needed to heal, grow, and make meaningful change.
